I stayed for 5 nights and the hotel staff and service was good

I stayed for 5 nights as my son had come to play the Nationals Tennis Tournament. On the 6th day, I requested manger Deepa Bora to accommodate a late checkout but they were very unaccomodating. Very upsetting that after 5 nights they didn’t help

The hotel's location was a plus, as it was conveniently close to the airport and offered easy transportation to all restaurants in this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and cleanliness was top-notch. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were pleased with our choice of this place for a weekend getaway, as the location was convenient for all the activities we had planned and the room was just as we expected.

At Ambassador Ajanta we had a nice stay. Bharat Mata Mandir was easily accessible, set only 1 mile away. Nothing bothered us here, we recommend.

The hotel is charming with attentive staff, helpful in changing our room. Good facilities and travel desk organized a great tour. Special thanks to Mr. Shaikh Khaleed for his care.

The hotel is set in a location that offers a great combination of a large garden and proximity to restaurants in orchard at back. the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with spotless bedsheets and well-laundered linens. the health club facilities are good, and the pool is great for relaxing. the staff is kind, extremely courteous, and attentive, going out of their way to make the stay comfortable.

The breakfast options could be more extensive.

The hotel offered great value for the price we paid. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were lovely and the staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the amenities were top-notch, making our holiday all the more relaxing and refreshing.

We did experience a few negative aspects during our stay. We found that the breakfast options were limited and the service was slow.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Aurangabad and had an amazing experience. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurant was very flexible with our dietary needs and the food was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere of the hotel felt like home and the hospitality of the staff was exemplary. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.
